all we need is for BLE to work with iOS app inventor now so we can control Arduino with app inventer.

Using these blocks it works in both older versions and versions newer then 12.
If you use the latest BLE extension, you do not need to ask for these permissions.
Not my experience using the latest BLE extension. It said access denied on a pop up alert on older versions, and on Android 13 it said it needed access permission request. Happened 2 days ago and jammed me up. I played around with answers on the thread. The route above cleared it up though. Just my personal experience.

Hello Mauricio - welcome to the forum.
HC-05 is for Classic Bluetooth, it does not support BLE.
