They can be obtained by finishing the interactive tutorials with discobot (you should've gotten a private message from the bot).

Also, people get notifications when you reply to them, so it's a little exasperating when you reply and tag the same person in the same post.

I wish it completely removed the reply when user deletes it... please add it mit and discourse
