You could do it two ways:

• using the builtin Download Blocks as Image on the individual block(s), but the comment will be closed when you browse it as an image
• Taking a screen shot with the bubble showing, but then the image is dead and non-draggable.

I take both, one for keeping re-importable copies of my code, and the second to document examples and tests.
