if user denided permission then if goes to setting using activity starter then allow for “Ask every time” then after activity the permission shows not granted and if it gives permission for “Allow only while using the app” then after activity it shows permission granted. is there any method to know when Ask every time is granted in setting screen?

I don't see a PermissionGranted or PermissionDenied event here. I also don't understand what the actual problem is supposed to be. If the permission hasn't been granted - or if it needs to be requested again upon every restart - the CAMERA permission is automatically requested again.
I fail to see why the ActivityStarter is needed, unless the permission has been denied multiple times (meaning the user has permanently denied it).
