What is this button for, to the left of the Designer button?

Hello,

What is this button for, to the left of the Designer button?

ButtonOnTopBar

This is the button with a square on it and three more small squares to the right of the square.

If I click on it, an empty panel appears on the right side, which cannot be used for anything for now.

I hope it will be used for something good. Right?

It is the log console.

If you set values/text in the notifier logInfo block, the output will show here.
