Trying to get Gallery Refresh to work (Taifun Tools)

I do not see where I went wrong? it seems to save but then I cant find it in either my downloads or photos. Thank you for all the help!

i think first you need to save, then refresh gallery with the saved location.

This saves to the ASD since @ Android 10,
ASD is not available to the Gallery.
