Timepicker Minuten less than 10

By using the timepicker
I join timepickerhours : timepickerminuters
Everything proper
But if minutes less than 10
The Label shows this
12:3 and not 12:03

I need help.

For a TimePicker, there is a more direct way too, if you pull in a Clock from the Sensors Drawer:
