What tutorial did you base your Project on? It would help others to find your bug. You say you are a beginner.. You have a lot of code for a beginner. You could also post your Project aia here in the discussion.
In the meanwhile you might consider this tic tac toe example:

you can export your project: from menu project→export ( it will save an .aia file )
You should be able to do that. You can download the aia that is posted gato123456_with_JOIN_fix.aia. The tic tac toe project should run so test using the aia first.
When you are confident the aia works you can then modify your code to make your code work. 
The video I posted appears to match your blocks.
