I tested companion VS android: in companion it works ok, in android the status bar appears.

I create a simple test app in which you can test the same situation of my app: the status bar appears when I click on “password textbox” and after that the bar stay forever in the app (only in android 8).

Anke has suggested a method, use clock component to hide the status bar.

I have the same problem on android. an app with title and status bar unchecked. previous compil hided status bar but a new compil show status bar on the same device !

probably a new AI version bug…
