Customizable star-rating dialog (HTML title, icon, message, colors, background, corners, and text size) featuring real-time updates, automatic dismissal upon releasing the thumb (no OK/Cancel buttons), and SharedPreferences persistence to pre-select the saved rating.
DialogAppearance
Sets the dialog background color and corner radius.
RatingProperties
Sets the rating bar properties. The defaultRating is only used the first time (before any saved rating exists).
StarColors
Sets the selected and unselected star colors.
Icon
Sets the icon image name. Updates in real time if the dialog is open.
Message
Sets the message text, message color and whether to use HTML in the message.
GetSavedRating
Returns the saved rating for the given id. Returns 0 if no rating has been saved yet.
ClearSavedRating
Clears the saved rating for the given id, so the next time the dialog opens it uses the defaultRating again.
ShowRatingDialog
Displays the rating dialog using the configuration set for the given id. If a rating was previously saved, it will be shown preselected. The dialog closes automatically when the user lifts their finger after selecting a rating.
RatingChanged
Triggered when the user changes the rating while interacting with the RatingBar, including while sliding the finger.
AfterRatingSelected
Triggered after the user selects a rating and lifts their finger. The rating is saved persistently and the dialog closes automatically.

- The parameters for the
ShowRatingDialogfunction were separated into distinct functions. - Added an ID to handle multiple rating dialogs.
- The
layoutBackgroundColor,layoutCornerRadius, andbuttonColorparameters were removed. - The "OK" and "Cancel" buttons were also removed, as the dialog now closes and returns the selected value immediately upon selection.
- An event was added that triggers for each value as the user slides across the rating.
