With a Google Pixel 9 pro and Android 17 we receive a Google Play Store message that the app is not compatible with the mobile.
@ewpatton with others mobiles all is right. I think that with the Pixels Google mobiles upgraded to a new 17 version there is a new google OS features and the apps are not compatible with this new OS.
26 June 2024, Please release an update and you'll know the exact issue. I think it might be 16 KB memory page size support issue, OR hardware/software requirements in your manifest OR due to old extension used in your app.
When did you release an update for your app? Also try clearing data of play store app on your device. Setting ---Apps---Play---Manage Data---Clear Data
We have the same problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app not solve the issue. @ewpatton On the Google Pixel 9 pro with the new Android v17 is not possible install Apps from the Play Store.
Now the message is different but Google report that is not possible install the App in this device.
The problem is ONLY in te Pixel 9 Pro with Android v17. In the Pixel devices Android is delivering beta versions. In other devices not as I said before.
I also received a similar issue from Apple. @ewpatton, is the same problem or is other different problem? I have not Iphones whit the last Apple OS versions to test it.
@ewpatton In Android is not solved the issue. Today I have put a new version .aab in the Play Store and in this device is not possible download the App from the Play Store. Do you need more details?
The user has sent me a screenshot and now the missage is diferent. The Play Store download message says that the app is not running for this device Pixel 9 Pro.
