Now the app is installed.
I go to Settings...Applications...Storage...Delete data...Uninstall.
Now there's nothing related to the app in the Internal Memory (T1).
I install it (T2).
I don't open the app (T3).
The files are already in the internal memory (T4-T5).
I open the app and everything is OK (T6).

Why are you saying "everyonething is ok"?
Isn't this thread about how to get a clean app after reinstalling?

It looks like clearing data in the settings does not remove files in ASD. You may want to check that.

To get a clean app after reinstalling it looks like you have to clear data to clean TinyDB and additionally delete all files in ASD. You could write a procedure for that using the file component

I said everything correct because, having reloaded them, it uses them without errors. But I was actually aiming for an error when the files aren't found.
What you recommend is what I've already done in one of my app.
If you want to clear the files, you have to do it with the components, since they apparently get reloaded from some backup during installation. And you also have to clear the tinydb tags if they need to start in a clean state.
