i cant build my apk file. It goes up to 18% then back to 0% and gives an error message ( I think its something to do with the extension) pls help ASAP

...and the on the main server as well.

Why should there be a difference if the app only has a few files in its assets and is smaller than 1MB?

None from the app he provided, however from those error messages he got, there's no such screens in his aia file.

By exporting the project and reimporting it then it works, maybe data-cache issue as I'm unable to reproduce this
