you can find extensions from here:

or you can find them in the Extension topics in this forum. To search the forum, use the magnifying glass in the upper right of this forum (and type the search term in the dropdown box that appears with free Extensions ) . A listing of most of the free extensions d(and some paid ones) that the App Inventor developers have posted that work with App Inventor. 
Searching for Paid Extensions (that are NOT free) will also work.
