Clock not working, please advise

A student was not able to get the clock to work in the attached file. Please advise.

Here's my interpretation, just for the mm:ss Label:

I had the hhmmss and NN procedures in stock.
No charge for the extra hh digits!

I have no idea what the TinyDB storage is for.
