My project generated a different keystore than the one i used to upload in on playstore. when i inspect the keystone, MIT has that old version but for some reason it exports any new aab file with a different keystone. so far it has generated three different keys upon aab download. i never deleted or changed the original keystore thereby im at a crossroad on how to solve this(MIT still says the original one is in its record i just cant find it!!). Is it possible for the MIT team to inspect and automatically restore my original keystore, or what is the way foward? kindly assist.
Sorry Linette, my understanding is this is NOT possible.
IF YOUR keyfile IS LOST OR DELETED IT CANNOT BE RECOVERED. If you were to lose your project's source code, you could always re-enter it from scratch (this may be a lot of work, but is something you can do). NEITHER YOU NOR MIT CAN RECOVER A LOST keyfile. NO AMOUNT OF EFFORT WILL RECOVER IT, SO BE SURE TO BACK IT UP!!!
