Hello! I’ve noticed that for the past few weeks, my old Alcatel Pixi 3 no longer allows me to download .apk files. What has changed and where, and what do I need to do to enable this again?
Do you have another phone to try to download one of your apps ?
Have you changed your username (login to AI2) ?
Have you changed the server ? (for example from edu to code ?)
Have you updatd the phone recently ? (i.e. Android version, antivirus, etc.)
Try to unistall completely one of your apps from the phone and download it again freshly.
If nothing works, post the error message of your phone.
